2012 was a great year for the Lake Boren Townhomes team. Our lakefront community started selling phase one in March with 14 (of the 56 total) homes complete. Since then, the construction team has been hard at work completing phase 2 and are close to completion on phase 3!

Of the 21 move-in ready homes all are SOLD! An additional 10 homes have been PRE-SOLD awaiting move-in dates later this winter. That’s over 55% sold in just nine months. We are extremely pleased and can’t wait to start selling the final phase early this spring.

With a little more than four weeks to go until our Grand Opening on March 10th, the Lake Boren Townhomes team is busy landscaping and finalizing construction details. The new fencing received a punch of color with imagery and the project sign at the entry is installed!
